Starting December 4, 2024, due to a major failure in the water network at Peleș Castle, can be visited only the basic tour (ground floor).
The persons who have already purchased online tickets for the optional tours are asked to fill out the form bilete.peles.ro/cerere-de-returnare-a-contravalorii-biletului in order to receive the refund.

Considering the works in the inner courtyard, the tickets for Peleș Castle can be purchased from the ticket office of the Pelișor Castle or online, on bilete.peles.ro
Starting on November 23, 2024, the Concert Hall and the Turkish Room will be closed.
Due to a serious damage to the water network, the Peleș Castle toilets are temporarily closed.
Due to the intervention works on the roof of the Peleș Castle, its facade is covered by scaffolding.

The online tickets are 14 days valid since the date of purchase
Peleș National Museum does not have its own parking for visitors.
For people with disabilities car access is allowed up to the area adjacent to Peles Castle.
